  SPEAKING EXERCISE UNIT 8   TASK 1 PICTURE 1: They’re newspapers and boxes. They’re made of paper. We can recycle paper to make new notebooks. What can you see in this picture? What’s it made of? How can you recycle that material? Do the same with pictures from 2 to 5     TASK 2   How can we recycle? What things are made in your country?   What things do you recycle? Do you think your school is green? Why / Why not?   TASK 3 You and your friends have started a ‘Green Club’ to help protect the environment in your local area. Now you want to decide how to help next . Talk about the different things your club could do and how they would help the environment. Then decide which activity you think would be the best for your club to do next. Discuss all the items.
